HAMABI Restaurante

(Pamplona)

In the historic center of Pamplona and inside the Santo Domingo Market on the first floor is the Hamabi restaurant, an old barn, now converted into a 21st century eating house. A small restaurant, although that definition does not fully fit, that recreates, from a modern perspective, the dishes that were served in the old inns of old Iruña. Popular recipes with identity, family and with a lot of history served with a refinement typical of the present gastronomic moment. Hamabi is a restaurant that is inspired by family meals, sharing and the seasonality of the product….
