The hotel restaurant Chez Germaine, in Géüs-d’Oloron, is located in the heart of the traditional Bearn village. Halfway between Oloron Sainte-Marie and Navarrenx, in the Pyrénées Atlantiques, our establishment is ideal if you want to reach the ski slopes or the Basque Coast.

At Germaine, we work as a family. Pierre, Gisèle, Valérie and Caroline (3rd and 4th generation) and the whole team welcome you to this Béarn house from 1909. Completely renovated in 2015, Chez Germaine welcomes you in comfort for a successful stay with a taste of tradition and modernity.

Our restaurant combines gastronomy and terroir. Our cuisine, made up of local seasonal products, is as colorful as it is gourmet. You can discover our creations by the fireplace in winter or on the terrace in summer.
