In the past, doctors received treatment from Don and it was precisely Mr. Don Carlos, a doctor from Huarte in the 1940s and our grandfather, who founded this family-run Hotel Restaurant . Today, we are the third generation of a family entirely dedicated to the hospitality industry, who maintain the same philosophy of the first day: be constant and passionate to ensure that all the people who visit us live an unbeatable experience .
