The Beti-Jai is a Rural Gastronomic Hotel founded in 1941 by the Iturri-Huerta family. Since its inception it has been a family-run operation that, thanks to continued effort and dedication, has managed to become an outstanding hotel establishment within the Autonomous Community.

Since its inception, the Beti-Jai has worked to offer an excellent gastronomic menu. A traditional cuisine, but that since its inception has been able to adapt to new trends and flavors.
