The basis of our cuisine is the seasonal products of La Rioja and its traditional recipe book. We are committed to traditional Riojan cuisine, in which quality fresh produce and raw materials linked to each season are the main protagonists of our dishes. Although in our kitchens there is also space for typical dishes from all Spanish gastronomy and recipes more linked to avant-garde or modern cuisine. The common denominator of all of them is that our intention, always, is to seek and enhance the unique flavor of each product.

We have the Plaza de Abastos de San Blas just around the corner, that’s why we visit it every day to look for fresh and seasonal products to shape and cook for you. Directly from the market to our kitchens.

We have reserved rooms so you can have privacy while you taste our dishes. Also, if you prefer to eat out, you can enjoy our terrace at La Cocina de Ramón, in the heart of Calle Portales de Logroño.
