Eric Duval’s cuisine is based on fresh, seasonal products. A fervent defender of traditional cuisine, the chef gives priority above all to the quality of the products. Here, everything is homemade, from bread to sweets. Lamb, veal or Basque pig from the Aldudes, trout from Banka, foie gras or asparagus from the Landes are just some of the local marvels that we are happy to sublimate here to delight you.

In fine weather, the room opens onto the shaded terrace at the edge of the garden and facing the Basque mountains.
