It produces a closed cycle or fermier artisan cider, that is, controlling the entire process from the cultivation of the apple to the bottling of its nectar. Larraldea also stands out for having been the first cider-producing winery in Navarra, as well as the first to obtain organic cider and brandy in the State. All this makes Larraldea cider a unique product.
