Our Executive Chef wholeheartedly believes in seasonal vegetables, in the treasures of the Cantabrian Sea and in the quality of the cattle raised and cared for with care by our baserritarras.

A restaurant created from our dream; rescuing authentic beef, we use the term rescuing what is sold as beef in restaurants and butcher shops, only 1% is authentic beef, we are proud to be part of such an exclusive 1%. For this we travel throughout the peninsula personally selecting the best oxen that we find on our way, all our oxen are older than 5 years and we make two categories; oxen between 5 and 7 years old and oxen older than 8 years old. To enjoy such a distinguished and scarce delicacy, all our oxen are cooked on the grill in our kitchen open to the public. We have also created semi-closed spaces with a built-in smoke extractor where you can comfortably enjoy the steaks on our portable grills.
